Our Dried Cocoa Beans are naturally grown and carefully harvested from smallholder farms in Panabari, North Sumatra — a region known for its fertile volcanic soil and ideal climate for cocoa cultivation.
Each bean undergoes a traditional fermentation and sun-drying process that enhances flavor complexity, reduces bitterness, and preserves the natural richness of the cocoa. The result is a high-quality, export-grade product perfect for chocolate makers, ingredient suppliers, and food manufacturers.
